4. Chat GPT – Streamlining Everyday Tasks

Need to draft a quick email or conduct some research? Chat GPT can handle it. This AI tool assists with various tasks, from writing to research, allowing you to complete essential activities quickly.

It works by using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology to understand and generate human-like text in a conversation. It is based on a large language model called GPT-3, which stands for “Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3.”

Here’s how ChatGPT works in a basic way to help with your business:

  1. Training: ChatGPT is trained on a massive amount of text from the internet to learn the patterns, grammar, and context of human language. This training helps it understand how words and sentences are structured.
  2. Conversational Context: When you start a conversation with ChatGPT, it reads and processes the text you input. It considers the entire conversation history to maintain context and generate relevant responses.
  3. Understanding Language: The model analyses the text and breaks it down into smaller chunks called tokens. It uses these tokens to grasp the meaning and context of what you are saying.
  4. Predicting Text: Once ChatGPT understands the context, it predicts the most likely next word or phrase based on its training. It tries to generate text that fits well with the conversation so far.
  5. Generating Responses: After predicting the next word or phrase, ChatGPT combines the tokens to form a complete response, which it then displays as human-like text.
  6. Iterative Process: This process of prediction, generation, and response continues in a back-and-forth manner, allowing ChatGPT to engage in a conversation with you.

Just recently, we were inspired and had a bit of fun using ChatGPT for various projects. It helped our team come up with the outline for a catchy jingle for a client’s radio ad and then gave it an Aussie twist. It also crafted a unique poem for a social media post, provided 10 ESG taglines for a client, and created a checklist for an EVP (employee value proposition landing page for a website).

ChatGPT helped us brainstorm content ideas and gave us article ideas for 15 different industries, and we even used it to draft a job ad, including core competencies and behavioural interview questions for another client.

It’s essential to note that ChatGPT doesn’t truly “understand” like a human does; instead, it mimics human language by recognising patterns and associations from its training data. The result is a system that can carry on conversations and answer questions in a way that seems natural and (more or less depending on the prompt), coherent to users. The secret behind it is having an exceptional strategy and understanding your client implicitly – of course, that’s where we can help.

By integrating these AI tools into your daily operations, you can streamline processes, enhance productivity, and focus on the growth of your business. The right AI tools can help automate repetitive tasks, allowing you and your team to concentrate on what truly matters – building relationships with your customers.
